These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 88star platform. By registering an account or placing any bet on 88star.bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.
1. Definitions & Interpretation
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise. Understanding these terms will help you navigate the full document clearly and without ambiguity.
"88star", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the operator of the 88star platform, accessible at https://88star.bet, and any of its affiliated service entities responsible for operating the platform.
"Platform" refers to the 88star website at 88star.bet, all associated sub-domains, mobile-optimised interfaces, and any software made available by 88star for accessing its services.
"Player", "you", and "your" refer to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 88star platform in any capacity.
"Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual following successful registration on 88star.bet.
"Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a player's 88star account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
"Bet" / "Wager" refers to any stake placed by a player on a sports event, casino game, or any other product offered through the 88star platform.
"Bonus Funds" refers to any non-cash credit awarded to a player's account as part of a promotional offer, welcome package, or ongoing reward programme.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to and use of the 88star platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age. Players found to be under 18 will have their accounts permanently closed and all funds handled per our underage gambling policy.
Geographic Eligibility
The 88star platform is designed for players located in Bangladesh. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing our platform is lawful in your location at the time of use.
Single Account Rule
Each individual is permitted to hold one 88star account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed. Any winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be voided.
Legal Capacity
You must be acting on your own behalf, with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and must not be excluded from gambling activities under any self-exclusion arrangement.
88star reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. Where a player cannot satisfactorily demonstrate that they are 18 or older, their account will be suspended pending verification and no withdrawals will be processed during the suspension period. 88star takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously and implements age verification checks as a core part of its responsible gaming framework.
3. Account Registration & Security
To access the full range of 88star products — including sports betting, casino games, and live dealer tables — you must register a player account. Registration is free and can be completed via 88star.bet in under two minutes. By completing registration, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are required to provide a valid mobile number, a unique username, and a secure password during registration. Your mobile number serves as your primary identifier for account recovery, payment verification, and security alerts. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
88star sends login notifications via SMS to your registered mobile number whenever your account is accessed from a new device or geographic location. If you receive such a notification and did not initiate the login, you must contact 88star support immediately via live chat on 88star.bet to secure your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted through your account. 88star will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
KYC Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, 88star requires all players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and, where required, proof of address. KYC verification is a one-time process for most players. 88star may request updated documentation if account circumstances change materially.
88star reserves the right to suspend or restrict an account at any time pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Players are encouraged to complete verification as early as possible to avoid delays when requesting their first withdrawal.
Account Security Best Practices

- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings.
- Never share your password, OTP, or account details with anyone — including individuals claiming to represent 88star support.
- Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
- Review your login history regularly from the account security panel.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on the 88star platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 88star supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. These methods have been selected specifically for their prevalence and reliability across all divisions of Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh.
Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your 88star wallet within 60 seconds of a successful transaction. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable transaction limits are displayed at the time of deposit. 88star does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its standard transaction charges.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests from fully KYC-verified accounts are processed within 15 minutes on average. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's own processing timeline. 88star reserves the right to extend processing times during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
Withdrawal Conditions
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) your account must not be under review or suspended; (c) any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before real-money funds associated with a bonus can be withdrawn; (d) the minimum withdrawal amount must be met.
Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 88star does not support multi-currency accounts. Players whose payment methods operate in a foreign currency may be subject to conversion by their payment provider; 88star is not responsible for any exchange rate differences that arise.
Anti-Money Laundering: 88star is committed to preventing money laundering and financial crime. All transactions are monitored. Where unusual transaction patterns are identified, 88star reserves the right to request additional documentation, temporarily freeze account funds, or report activity to relevant authorities as required by applicable law. Deposits must not be made with the intention of withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile banking provider while your 88star account remains active is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation, and any outstanding winnings may be withheld until the matter is resolved.
5. Betting Rules & Game Conduct
By placing a bet on the 88star platform, you acknowledge and accept the rules governing that bet as displayed at the time of placement. The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 88star. Product-specific rules — including detailed cricket betting rules, football betting rules, casino game rules, and rules for individual slot titles — are available within the relevant product section of the platform.
Sports Betting: All sports bets are subject to the specific event rules published within the 88star sportsbook. 88star reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed, or determined to have been affected by irregular activity. In-play bet acceptance is subject to connectivity at the time of placement; 88star is not liable for bets that fail to register due to latency or internet disruption on the player's side.
Cricket Betting: Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), T20 World Cup, IPL, and all international cricket matches available on 88star are governed by the cricket betting rules published in the sportsbook. Match result markets are settled on the official result as declared by the relevant cricket board. In the event of a Super Over or Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method application, settlement follows the official outcome.
Casino Games: All casino games on 88star — including slots, roulette, baccarat, blackjack, and live dealer titles — use certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer titles, real-time dealing by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. Game outcomes are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed by 88star support agents except in the case of a documented technical fault.
Technical Faults: In the event of a platform error, game malfunction, or communications failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or pay-out, 88star reserves the right to void the affected round and return staked funds to the player's wallet. 88star is not liable for losses arising from technical faults caused by the player's own device, browser, or internet connection.
Maximum Pay-out: Winnings from a single bet or game round are subject to a maximum pay-out limit as displayed within the relevant product section. Any winnings exceeding the published maximum will be capped at that limit. Players are encouraged to review maximum pay-out limits before placing large stakes.
Bet Cancellation: Once a sports bet has been accepted and confirmed in your bet slip history, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where a cash-out offer is available on that specific bet. Casino game stakes are non-refundable once a round has commenced.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
88star offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid ul-Fitr, Eid ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms communicated within the individual promotion.
One Bonus at a Time
Only one bonus can be active in your 88star wallet at any given time. If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, you cannot claim a second bonus until the first is either fulfilled or forfeited.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly within that promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated expiry window.
Game Contribution Rates
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each product type is disclosed within the individual promotion terms.
Bonus Forfeiture
You may forfeit an active bonus at any time from your account promotions panel. Upon forfeiture, the bonus balance and any winnings accumulated exclusively from bonus play will be removed. Your real-money balance is unaffected by bonus forfeiture.
Abuse of Promotions: 88star monitors bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Where bonus abuse is identified, 88star reserves the right to void the bonus, remove associated winnings, and in serious cases, restrict or close the account.
Promotion Availability: Promotions are available for a limited time and may be modified, extended, or withdrawn by 88star at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion will not be retroactively affected by changes made after their claim, except where the modification is required by law or results from identified misuse.
No Cash Alternative: Bonus offers have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Bonus credits cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud
The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 88star platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Where 88star identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, the following actions may be taken without prior notice to the player:
- Immediate suspension of the affected account and all associated accounts.
- Withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
- Permanent closure of the account with forfeiture of bonus funds and, where fraud is confirmed, real-money winnings generated through prohibited activity.
- Recovery of funds from the player's wallet to offset any losses caused by the prohibited activity.
- Reporting of the incident and associated player information to relevant financial crime authorities, law enforcement agencies, or sports integrity bodies as required.
88star takes a proactive approach to fraud prevention and employs both automated and manual review processes to identify suspicious activity. Players who believe their account has been flagged in error are entitled to contact support and request a review of the decision. All appeals are handled by a senior review team and are separate from the initial investigation.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
Closure by the Player: You may request to close your 88star account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat on 88star.bet. Before your account is closed, any outstanding real-money balance will be processed as a withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard KYC and withdrawal conditions described in Section 4. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon account closure.
Responsible Gaming Closure: If you request account closure on responsible gaming grounds — including self-exclusion — 88star will process the closure immediately without any cooling-off period or attempt to dissuade you from proceeding. Responsible gaming closures are binding and, in the case of permanent self-exclusion, cannot be reversed for a minimum period of six months. Closure by 88star: 88star reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where: (a) a player breaches these Terms & Conditions; (b) a player is found to be under 18 years of age; (c) a player engages in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7; (d) it is determined that maintaining the account creates a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk for 88star; or (e) the platform ceases operations in a particular jurisdiction.
Effect of Closure: Upon account closure, you will no longer be able to access your account, place bets, or participate in any promotion. Any real-money balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, except where the balance is subject to a fraud investigation or legal hold. Bonus balances are forfeited in all cases of account closure.
Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 88star will attempt to contact you at your registered mobile number prior to applying any dormancy policy. Dormant account fees, where applicable, will be communicated to you in advance. A dormant account can be reactivated by logging in and completing any outstanding verification steps.
How to Close Your Account
If you wish to close your 88star account, follow these steps:
- Log in to your 88star account.
- Navigate to Account Settings > Security.
- Select "Close My Account" and choose a closure reason.
- Alternatively, contact live chat support and request account closure directly.
- Any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your payment method automatically.
9. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
88star provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to 88star.bet at all times. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be carried out without prior notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88star's liability to any player for any loss, damage, or claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount held in that player's wallet at the time the claim arises. 88star is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses, including but not limited to loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts, as determined by 88star's operating jurisdiction.
88star reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, we will notify active players via a notice displayed upon login. Continued use of the platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the terms, which will continue in full force and effect. The invalidity of one clause does not affect the validity of the remaining terms.
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any product-specific rules published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and 88star with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, communications, and agreements.
